Hawaiian's Are Wishing They Had My Gladiolus'

The Gladioulus start out like this.

Then they bloom into these, although these are two different flowers.

Don't these look like something you could make a lei out of? Plus I'm sure they're much cheaper than Orchids. These beauts are growing in my garden. I love them, but they tend to have crappy balance and usually fall over all the time, so the require lots of staking, still they're pretty.
