Weekend Fun

Lia and I had another "staycation", a vacation at Grandma's, and we had a great time.
Every morning we had mocha's with whipped cream and sprinkles.  Lia had garlicky seasoned pretzels, that she LOVED, (thanks, Uncle Harold)
We went on walks, sat on the swing, and tried to make crafts.......until I ran out of glue sticks (more on that later).  It was a nice relaxing weekend.

Lia also mastered "the look".  She apparently sees us looking over our glasses at her and she wants to do it too, so she'll duck her head down low and look up at you.  Sometimes she backs way up, like a little bull ready to fight a matador.  I guess it's her version of "blue steel" (from the movie Zoolander).

Here she's giving the look while eating a garlicky pretzel - hey, the girl can multi-task.

  4. I can't wait for the mocha's. I always wanted to name a coffee place The Daily Grind. Funny how Mariah and I would even come up with coffee shop names. Great minds...........

We haven't done cards, but it looks like fun. We're working on some crayon art for Lia's room, hopefully I finish it this weekend and can show pictures next week.
