One of my goals this year, is making good bread.
I want to conquer yeast and all of its rising and falling. I want to make more bread and less dog biscuits, so Mom helped me make this french bread, from scratch.........by hand, and it turned out good. No breadmaker machine involved. Take that, yeast, I bet you didn't see that coming ! ! !
