Clogs

So a couple of weekend's ago I was outside in my garden clogs, and all of the sudden, Lia comes out on the patio wearing Mark's.  Our clogs look like this:

It was clear that she wanted garden clogs too, ohhhhhh, she really wanted them badly.  So I thought to myself.  What looks like a garden clog for kids ??  Hmmm, yep, the one shoe I don't like.....CROCS.  It's not that I'm opposed to Crocs per se, I'm more opposed to the people that wear them.  The people that are in Wal-Mart wearing Crocs, and pajama pants, and the person with them has on bedroom slippers.  THAT'S what I hate about Crocs. But, since Lia doesn't wear her pj's to the store, nor do I, I broke down and bought her these Hello Kitty (fake) Crocs at Wal-Mart:

She loves them.  She loves them so much, in fact, that the other night she was in bed with me because she had a cold, and she was tossing and turning and I heard her cry out, "Hewwo Kitty" ! ! She loves them that much.
